Immersion Heaters
Electric immersion heaters are typically inserted directly into a pipe, tank, or vessel to heat process gases or liquids. Since the heat is generated by electricity, virtually all of the energy is consumed by the product being heated. As a result, the liquid is heated near 100% efficiency with standard elements constructed of Alloy, these heaters are designed to heat a variety of fluids and maintain corrosion resistance. Immersion heaters can be classified on the basis of direct heating & Indirect Heating.
Tubular Heater
Dynomech Tubular heaters are the most versatile and the best suited solution to a large number of applications. Inside the metal tube, a heater coil is embedded and electrically insulated with magnesium oxide. The optimized structure and high density of of magnesium oxide form the basis for the excellent mechanical and thermal characteristics. It can be fitted with Thermostat and RTD for temperature control.
Dynomech manufactures standard tubular heaters for any application. Tubular heating elements are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. Standard diameters are available and other special sizes also available. Standard sheath materials range from copper and steel to stainless steel tubular heaters and Incoloy alloys. Special sheath materials may be available based on diameter and size of the element required. Standard terminations include a threaded stud, threaded bulkhead, screw lug, quick disconnect spade, ceramic-to-metal hermetic, and molded rubber lead, conventional lead wire terminal assembly and more. Flexible lead wire extensions or other mounting options are available for specific applications.
Flange Heaters
Dynomech Industrial flange immersion heaters provide heating solutions for fluid freeze protection and winterizing, hot or warm water storage, rinse tank heating, process chemical reactors, water-glycol heating, parts cleaning, plating and finishing chemicals, waste oil, wash systems and numerous other thermal heating applications. Storage Tank Heaters
Dynomech Tank Heaters are uniquely designed to heat large storage tanks located above or below ground and containing highly viscous fluids or heat sensitive materials. We offers uniquely designed electric heating systems for large storage tanks. Dynomech tank heaters have several advantages in storage tank applications due to the precise control of temperature and heat distribution required for liquid storage conditions. Each industrial heater solution is designed for the specific application and optimized to ensure high performance results. We take into account temperatures, flows and mixing, viscosity of the fluid, corrosive nature of the fluid, tank insulation and the overall operating conditions and project requirements.

Suction Heaters
Dynomech designs, manufactures and supply customized suction heaters based on the needs of each customer and project. Our Suction heaters are used to heat products inside storage tanks, especially when these products are solid or semi-solid at low temperatures. To pump and transport these properly, their viscosity must be reduced and fluidity increased by heating with the suction heaters.
Suctions heaters are design to heat only that amount of liquid that is to be pumped from large storage tank. The delivery nozzles of suction heater are attached to the pump. The suctions heaters heat the liquid inside the heater body shell and dawn through the heater.
Inline Heater/Circulation Heaters
Dynomech manufactures electric circulation heaters, also referred to as "in line heaters," which effectively heat high viscosity fluids, flowing air and gases. Non-pressurized or highly pressurized fluids can be heated very efficiently using direct circulation heating.
Using standard Tubular type heating elements & replaceable bobbin type heating elements designs, Dynomech can offer a wide variety of circulation heaters with various power ratings, materials, sizes and flow capacities. Standard designs allow for quick replacement and retrofit. Custom-engineered circulation heater units designed with various options to fulfill most any industrial or process heating application.

Air Heater
Dynomech manufactures a variety of industry standard process air heaters with carbon steel mounting flanges, stainless steel support rods, element support spacers, and insulation collar. We also provide custom-engineered electric air heaters that are well suited for the needs of many heavy-duty industrial and process applications. Offering custom sizes, volts, watts and watt densities, temperature sensors, thermostats and temperature control panels.
These heaters are manufactured out of high temperature resistance Stainless steel/incoloy tube to withstand surface temperature of up to 600°C. Customer specific fitment options are possible such as adjustable fixing brackets./brass nipple/flange etc. Different shapes are available to meet customers’ needs: M shaped, U shaped, etc. These air heaters are available in different KW ranges and capacities. Some of the types of these air heaters are Tubular Air Heaters, Finned Strip Heaters etc. These are developed and fabricated using high quality materials SS 304 and nickel chrome.
Duct Heaters
Dynomech Duct heaters are commonly used to heat air and gas process streams in process heating or environmental room applications. Applications include: humidity control, machinery pre-heating, HVAC comfort heating. Our Air duct heaters are designed and manufactured either as part of our standard range or as a customized solution (power, voltage, dimensions, material, etc.) These heaters have the capability to heat large amount of air. It contains the special feature to warm up as well as cool down the air within a period of time. The hazardous Explosion-Proof duct heaters are designed for heating air or gases in hazardous environments where potentially explosive substances are present, such as oil refineries, coal mines, petrochemical plants and sewage treatment plants.
